Our team of talented designers begins by defining spatial requirements for your new
office. Room sizes, quantities and their adjacencies are then incorporated into a space

Field verification services provide a record of an existing site's conditions and
measurements prior to planning.
Design Development
Once we have a plan to help your company function efficiently, we then infuse
your company's culture or identity into the corporate environment. Davis & Davis

of elevations, lighting plans, code verification, as well as finish and furniture selections.
Contractors will then have adequate information to establish a budget after the
completion of this stage.
Construction Documents
To ensure that the contractor has the necessary information for the build out of your
new space, the preparation of construction documents is our next step. This typically
includes a title sheet, demolition plan, floor/power plan, ceiling/lighting plan and
specifications, finish plan with specification details, sections, and elevations. These
documents are submitted to the city or municipality for review and permit approval.
Our network of professional consultants can design your mechanical, electrical
and plumbing documents if required.
