Prizm Pain Management Specialists
Patient treatment begins not with the doctor, but the environment the patient first encounters upon his or her visit. The space must convey warmth, be inviting and calming, and inspire confidence. These were some of the special attributes that guided us in our design for Prizm Pain Management Specialists.
To achieve our goals, we used stacked stone, cherry wood, maple wood, and colored glass panels. These natural materials are soothing and comforting. Just what someone with chronic pain needs when coming to the office seeking help and relief for their particular ailment.
To facilitate a patient’s navigation of the environment, we added different accents throughout the complex to help people find their way, highlighted nurses’ stations with blue and green circular ceiling drops, a curved metal grid in one direction of a corridor, and drywall indirect ceiling drops with cross banding on opposite corridors in doctors’ offices.
The end result is an interior design that works for both patient and medical staff – an environment that’s as pleasant to visit as it is to work in.
